Do you provide returns?

Absolutely we do. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you change your mind or wish to change the colour, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase date.
*Please note there will be no exchanges or refunds provided for items on sale.
*Original postage costs are not refundable.
All returned items must be unused and sent back via trackable postage at your own cost, and in original packaging.

What happens it my Wink product is damaged?

All our items go through 3 levels of quality checks before being dispatched, so in the rare event that an item is faulty or damaged, we will replace it for you.

When will me refund/exchange be processed?

We will process your refund request within 3 working days of receiving your notification. The time taken to receive your exchanged product may differ, depending on your location.

What it my Wink Silk item was given to me as a gift?

We will issue you a gift card via email once we receive your returned item in original/unused condition, as long as the original gift item was shipped directly to you, and is returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

Who will pay the return postage for my Wink product?

All return postage costs are borne by you and are non-refundable and must be sent via tracked postage.
Your postage costs are non-refundable.
Should a refund be provided by Wink Silk, the original shipping costs incurred by Wink for either standard or express delivery will be deducted from your refund value.
