Every Wink Silk order ships free within the United States. No minimums, no thresholds.

Wink Privé pre-sale
Pieces reserved during the Wink Privé Pre-sale ship in January 2027. Your card is charged when you reserve, which secures your Founding Number. If anything changes with the ship date, we'll tell you right away, and you can cancel for a full refund.

After launch
In-stock orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days via UPS or FedEx. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email hello@winksilk.com. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Changing your address
Email us before your order ships, and we'll update it.
